Dwayne is currently the pastor of Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which was founded by him in 2007. as a Board Member for Acts 29 Network he is the Director of Pastoral Care. His passion is to train the next generation of biblical counselors. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the writer of numerous articles on the internet and a contributor to Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Changing lives with God's eternal truth (eds. Kelleman as well as Viars). Dwayne is married to Leslie. The couple has three kids.
